IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION REGARDING
PURSE OFFERS – FOR ALL THE PROMOTERS
The bids must be sent by express courier (such as DHL, UPS, Fedex and similar) or delivered by
hand in our postal box (outside the office) or by a delegate directly in the office within the deadline.
Please do not send the bids by registered post, as the arrival within the limit cannot be granted
due to the malfunction of the local post service in Italy.
Also, if the bid arrives during closing time, the following withdrawal at the postal office is available
for the receiver only starting from 3 days after the attempt of the postman; this means absolutely
no guarantee of arrival within the time limit.
The envelope must indicate the name of the championship and boxers outside. We normally have
more than one purse offers’ deadline on the same date and the indication must be clear.
The offers must be done on our form, which can be downloaded from our
website www.boxebu.com , in the INFO section
For no reason, we can accept offers arriving later than the deadline.
