The EBU Council members elected in Madrid: (from the left) Mr Willibald Palatin, Mr Pertti Augustin, Mr Igor Mazurov, Mr Charles Giles, Mr Bob Logist, Mr Marco Giuliani, Mr Jean Marcel Nartz, Mr Antonio Del Greco, Mr Dominique Nato, Mr Peter Stucki, Mr Antonio Martin Galan and Mrs Enza Jacoponi (General Secretary)

Mr Bob Logist re-elected as President by unanimity.

Vice- Presidents: Mr Charles Giles and Mr Pertti Augustin

Champion of the year: Rendall Munroe (GB)

Championship of the year: Jakson Osei Bonsu vs Selcuk Aydin (held on 11th July 2009 in Istanbul)

Promoter of the year: ex-equo FTM Maloney and Sauerland Event Gmbh

 

*EBU FEMALE CHAMPIONSHIPS*

Starting from 1st July 2010, for all the EBU Female championships, the acting Officials will be as follows:

• 1 scoring referee
• 2 judges
• 1 Supervisor

EBU Rates up-to-date to 1st July 2007

The EBU, EU and Women Championships rates are as follows:

EBU Championships (1 Referee + 3 Judges):

Officials: € 700,00 - Supervisor: € 700,00 - Belt: € 500,00

Championships of the European Union & External-EU (1 Referee + 3 Judges):

- Officials: € 400,00 - Supervisor: € 400,00 - Belt: € 500,00

Women EBU Championships (1 Referee + 3 Judges):

Officials: € 300,00 - Supervisor: € 300,00 - Belt: € 250,00

The amount due to the EBU, as minimum sanction fee for the European Championships, shall be as follows:

- From flyweights to super-featherweights included: € 4.700,00

- From lightweights to middleweights included: € 4.850,00

- From super-middleweights to heavyweights: € 5.000,00

For the EU Championships : € 2.000,00

For the Women Championships: € 1.000,00
